You can RSVP via our wedding website. Simply click on the RSVP tab, enter your name, and indicate your attendance. *Note: this tab might not be available until formal invitations are sent.
Due to limited availability, we can only accommodate the people listed under your RSVP on the website. When you go to the RVSP tab, you will see the names listed and be able to select the meal choice for each person. If you have a plus one, it will be indicated in that tab as well. Thank you for your understanding!
Please arrive by 3:45pm for the 4:00pm ceremony. If you cannot make it at that time, we will celebrate with you at cocktail hour! Please allow extra time for parking.
We recommend using the parking services at your accommodations. If you are not staying or are not nearby, we recommend the parking garage attached to the building. Monroe Center Parking Garage @ 29 Pearl St NW Suite 1, Grand Rapids, MI 49503 . Parking is a daily max of $24
We’d love to see our guests dressed up! For guidance, think black-tie optional—formal attire is encouraged but not required. The Ballroom, built in 1926, features stunning Italian Renaissance architecture, and we know you’ll look wonderful celebrating in such an elegant space. (Bridesmaids will be in gold)
The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception are all at CityFlats Hotel. Ushers will help guide you to the correct locations.
If you cannot attend, we will miss you! We ask that you RSVP as soon as possible if you are unavailable under the RSVP tab. If you know earlier than the tab is available, please let Matthew or Lydia know.
Yes! The Ballroom is located up a flight of stairs. However, there is an elevator for those who need assistance.
