Yes! We greatly appreciate any early RSVPs. Once we send out formal invitations you will need to RSVP again to select your meal preference and add any dietary restrictions.
Yes! You will be able to list any dietary restrictions or food allergies when making your meal selection. If you are choosing to RSVP early from your save the date card, you will need to RSVP again when you receive your formal invitation to make your meal selection and notify us of any dietary restrictions or allergies.
The Welcome Party dress code is Dressy Casual. For women, think midi dresses, jumpsuits, blouses with slacks/dark jeans. For men, think polo's, button-downs, sports coat, quarter-zips, slacks/dark jeans. There will be fire pits and heaters but it does get chilly at night. The Wedding dress code is Black-Tie Optional. For women, think floor-length evening gowns or tailored jumpsuits. For men, think dark colored suit and tie. The venue will be a mix of indoor and outdoor areas with fire pits and heaters.
We will be providing charter bus transportation to and from The Lumen House and Kimpton Hotel the day of the wedding. There are plenty of places to eat and things to do within walking distance of our recommended hotels in Uptown Charlotte. If you prefer to rent a car, you are welcome to do so however hotel parking can get expensive.

Please arrive by 3:30PM to enjoy a glass of champagne before the ceremony and to allow time for all guests to be seated by 4PM.
Yes! If you prefer to drive separate from the provided charter busses, there is parking available at The Lumen House. However, overnight parking at the venue is not permitted so please plan accordingly.
