When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

You can arrive as early as 4:00pm. The ceremony will take place at 4:30pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal / Cocktail attire. As mentioned on the front page the ground is pine needles so we do not recommend shoes that will sink. Other than that we can't wait to see you all dressed up!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking will be at the venue.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There is not, everyone will be responsible for finding their hotel and ride to/from the event. We have been told that it is hard to get an Uber out of the venue in the later part of the night. Please make accommodations or have a designated driver to travel safely back to a hotel. You can schedule an Uber/Lyft ride on their app at a certain time to have a driver secured. Are kids welcome?

Yes as long as they are on your RSVP. :)

Are we allowed to stay at the cabins on site?

Answer

These are reserved already for family & bridal party only.

If I have a trailer can we stay on site?

Answer

We have limited spots available if you have a camper to stay overnight at the venue. Please contact Amanda at (602)-680-5137 to see if there any spots still available.
