Are you making changes due to COVID-19?

Answer

Yes, our wedding will no longer be taking place on November 1, 2020 or August 15, 2021. We hope to see you on August 14, 2022!

What COVID-19 protocols/mitigation strategies will be in place?

Answer

We are committed to celebrating safely and we ask all attendees to be fully vaccinated (including boosters as eligible/recommended by the CDC) by August 14, 2022. We also highly encourage guests to take a covid-19 test within the 48 hours preceding the celebration. PLEASE stay home if you have symptoms!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving between 5:00 and 5:15pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is free parking at Glen Echo! Please put 5801 Oxford Road, Glen Echo, MD 20812 into your GPS to get to the parking lot.

How far is Bethesda from downtown DC?

Answer

Bethesda is about 7 miles from downtown DC. That equates to a 25 minute Metro ride or a 30 min drive (depending on traffic.)

How far is Glen Echo from Bethesda?

Answer

Glen Echo is a 10-15 minute drive from Bethesda (depending on traffic) and is about a $5-10 Uber/Lyft ride.

Why are you getting married at Glen Echo Park?

Answer

We both went to Glen Echo Park as kids (separately) for a number of activities, and it is only a 15 minute drive from where we grew up. We cannot wait to share this whimsical, meaningful place with our friends and family!

Answer

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be an Uber discount code posted on our website closer to the wedding date. Can't wait to see you there!
