WHERE ARE THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION?
The ceremony will take place at Aquila Crystal Palace in Tagaytay, with the reception to follow immediately at the same venue. You can refer to the map under Timeline page for the exact location details.

ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED AT THE WEDDING?
Although we love your little ones, this is an adulty-only event. We wish for your thorough understanding of our request, And still hope that you will be with us on this wonderful moment.

CAN I BRING A PLUS-ONE?
We've reserved this special day to celebrate with our closest friends and family. Due to limited space, we regret that we’re unable to accommodate additional guests. Thank you for your understanding!

WHEN IS THE RSVP DEADLINE?
Kindly RSVP by November 15, 2024, using the RSVP button on the homepage. If you are having trouble with the RSVP, please feel free to contact either BJ or Chuy.

DO YOU HAVE A GIFT PREFERENCE?
Your presence is the greatest gift we could ask for. However, if you’d like to honor us with something more, a contribution towards our new journey in the form of cash would be deeply appreciated—but feel free to surprise us in your own special way!

CAN I TAKE PHOTOS DURING CEREMONY?
We have professional photographers and videographers to capture the ceremony. However, once our vows are exchanged, feel free to take as many photos as you’d like! When sharing on social media, we’d love for you to use the hashtag: #ThePerfectChuysforBJ

WHAT WILL THE WEATHER BE LIKE?
Since our wedding is in December, the weather tends to be cooler. However, we recommend checking the weather forecast a few days before the big day to be prepared.

WILL THE EVENT BE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?
The ceremony will take place outdoors, while the reception will be held indoors.

WHAT SHOULD WE WEAR?
Kindly note that this is strictly a Black-Tie wedding. For more information on attire, kindly refer to the Dress Code section for details.

WHAT TIME SHALL WE ARRIVE AT THE VENUE?
The ceremony will strictly start at exactly 3:30 PM. We kindly encourage you to arrive as early as 3:00 PM.

I'VE RSVP'D "YES" BUT I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ATTEND
We’d love to have you celebrate with us, but we understand that sometimes life has other plans. If you’re unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible so we can adjust the seating arrangements.

I'VE RSVP'D "NO" BUT MY SCHEDULE FREES UP, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Please let us know right away so we can confirm. However, please understand that we may have reallocated your seat.

WILL THERE BE SNACKS AND DRINKS BEFORE RECEPTION?
Absolutely! After the ceremony, feel free to visit the open booths for light snacks, coffee, beer, and cocktails. Take this time to mingle, find your seat, snap some fun photos at the booth, and get ready for the fireworks!

CAN I SIT ANYWHERE IN THE RECEPTION?
We’ve spent considerable time and effort organizing the seating plan to ensure everyone’s comfort. We kindly ask that you follow the arrangement as intended. We’ve done our best to accommodate everyone's requests and preferences, so you should find yourself seated with or near family and friends. Of course, feel free to mingle and visit other tables throughout the event!

IS THERE A PARKING AVAILABLE? HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?
Yes, there will be valet parking assistance so you can just drop by the entrance. The parking is conveniently located right next to the wedding venue and it is free.

WHEN IS THE APPROPRIATE TIME TO LEAVE?
Our program is set to wrap up around 10 PM. We kindly ask that you don’t “eat and run”! If you need to leave early, we’d love the chance to thank you and say goodbye before you head out.
