What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins promptly at 4:30. The shuttles will begin at 3:00pm. Last shuttle to the attend the ceremony leaves at 4:20pm.

Will there be parking at the venue?

Answer

There will be NO available parking for guests at the venue. Due to this, we are providing a shuttle to and from the venue and Home2 Suites beginning at 4pm and ending at 11:30pm. Downtown La Crosse & all of the hotels are all very close and walkable within a few blocks to the shuttle pickup/drop off. If there is any reason this will not work for you, please contact Willy or Azure.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We’d love to see our family and friends dressed up for our big day! The dress code is Cocktail/Formal attire. No jeans or denim permitted.

What is considered Cocktail/Formal Attire?

Answer

Examples include suits, sports coats and dress pants, formal jumpsuits, cocktail dresses (midi, knee-length, or full length).

Can I bring a guest /+1 not listed on the invitation?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation.

Are my children invited?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally listed on your wedding invitation.

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors, and reception indoors.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having a no phone, no camera ceremony. We have hired amazing professionals to capture this day for us, and we promise to share these as soon as we receive them. Before and after the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos as you’d like.

When should I RSVP BY?

Answer

We kindly request you RSVP no later than April 27th. As always, early RSVP’s are greatly appreciated! Due to our vendors, if you don’t RSVP by the deadline, we have to assume you will not be in attendance and won’t have a seat or meal. Thank you.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate your regrets on our RSVP tab so we may plan accordingly.
