When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP no later than August 16, 2025.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We are starting the ceremony at 3:30pm, so please plan to arrive no later than 3:15pm to be seated.

Is there a dress code?

Yes, semi-formal.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes! Just let us know in the RSVP.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is extensive parking in front of the hotel with an adjacent lot available as well.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

The venue is a hotel and we have room blocks available with a discount on our website under the Travel tab.

Question

Will the festivities take place inside or outside?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outside. Cocktail hour will be mostly outdoors, again, weather permitting. The reception will be primarily indoors. September in the mountains could bring anything from heat and full sun to a little snow. Make sure to bring sunscreen and layers!
