When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by September 1st.

Question

Do I need to select a meal in advance?

Answer

Yes, our venue is unique and therefore not a standard catering hall. All guests should please let us know their dinner choice when RSVP'ing.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Black tie optional, formal dress required. We ask that women wear formal gowns and men wear tuxedos or suits.

Where can I park my car?

Answer

There is an open air parking lot directly behind the venue: Parkway 15th & Cherry Lot 151 N 15th St, Philadelphia, PA 19102 If you prefer to park in a garage, there is one directly next to the venue as well: Parkway Broad & Race Garage 150 N Broad St, Philadelphia, PA 19102 We recommend that you check the ParkWhiz app for best available rates

Please see the "Registry" page for more information. We will graciously accept cards as well.

Are Kids Invited?

Answer

Your invitations will specifically list the names of those within your family that are invited. We love children, but this will primarily be an adults only event!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony begins sharply at 6:30pm. Guests may begin arriving at 6pm. We suggest getting in early to get the best seats! Guests arriving after 6:25pm will not be allowed up to the mezzanine and must wait in the lobby as to not disrupt the proceedings. Don't be that guy! ;)

Are the ceremony and reception in the same place?

Answer

Yes! Our Ceremony, Cocktail hour and reception will all take place within the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine arts Historic Landmark Building.

What time does the wedding end?

Answer

Our reception at PAFA ends at 12am - but anyone 21+ are welcome to join us at our afterparty, please let us know if you might wish to attend when RSVP'ing. This will not be binding in the case that you've had your fill of food and dancing at the end of the reception!

Will the bar be cash or open?

Answer

We will have an open bar at the cocktail hour and reception. Tips for bartenders are encouraged! For those attending the afterparty, we ask that you pay for any additional drinks you wish to consume :)

I have dietary restrictions...

Please make them clear to Sophia or Aziz at least 2 weeks before the wedding. We will do our best to accommodate

I'm in town on Friday, but not going to the rehearsal. What should I do?

Do you have any preferred Hotels?

Answer
