Please arrive at 4:45pm for the Ceremony!
The dress code for Friday night is beach cocktail! For men, sports jacket and dress pants combo is appropriate. Women can wear a semi-formal dress, (mini, midi or maxi), as well as a jumpsuit or dressy separates! For both, think summery and light colors!
There is no parking at the Beach Club for our Friday night festivities. Guests are welcome to Uber/Lyft to the venue directly! In addition, we will be providing transportation for guests to and from the Beach Club. Please see our Travel and Accommodation section for more details.
For guests who would like to shuttle from St Armands to the Ritz on Friday night, we suggest one of two things: you can either Uber to St Armands Circle (specifically the St Armands Lutheran Church) where the shuttle will be waiting or you may park in the parking garage adjacent to the Church. The address of the St Armands Parking Garage is 57 N Adams Drive, Sarasota, FL 34236.
Yes! There is valet parking available at the St. Regis. Guests are also welcome to Uber/Lyft but it is recommended to plan your ride home in advance as there may be an increased wait time at the end of the night!
Our wedding dress code is black-tie optional! Think mid-length and floor length dresses in summery hues - bring on the color and glamour! For men, a suit and tie or tuxedo is acceptable!

We are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding, as we'd like to keep the guests list just to those who know us well! As much as we love children, we are only allowing children of the bride and grooms families to attend!
