FORMAL/ COCKTAIL Keep in mind it will be during summer time, and the event will take place on natural grass, so we recommend opting for footwear suitable for the terrain.
We kindly request that RSVPs be submitted by May 15th, 2025. Should there be any changes to your plans, we ask that you inform us as soon as possible.
Our wedding venue is located at 5910 Camino Baja Cerro, Fallbrook, CA, 92028. Please note that transportation will not be provided, so we recommend making your travel arrangements as soon as possible—especially if you're coming from out of state. For those driving to the venue, please be aware that the road to the venue is a bit winding, so take your time and drive safely. We want everyone to arrive ready to celebrate!
In order to create a more intimate atmosphere, we kindly ask that our celebration be an adults-only event. We look forward to celebrating with you and appreciate your understanding as we prepare for this special day!
All events will be held outdoors. Indoor spaces are available for retreat if necessary. The cocktail hour will also be conducted outdoors, while the bar is situated within the estate.
Guests are encouraged to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the official ceremony beginning at 3:30 p.m. to ensure ample time to settle in. Welcome drinks will be available starting 30 minutes before the ceremony commences.
Please note that once the ceremony starts we will not be allowing people to enter the ceremony area. To minimize any disruptions, you'll be asked to wait until the ceremony concludes before joining the rest of the guests for the cocktail hour and reception.
While we can't predict the weather exactly, early July generally brings warm, sunny weather with temperatures ranging from the mid-70s to low 90s°F. Please be prepared for the summer heat and feel free to dress comfortably. As the day approaches, we’ll keep you informed of any weather updates!
For the reception, we will be offering a buffet-style dinner featuring steak and chicken as the main courses, complemented by a variety of other American-style sides. During the cocktail hour and throughout the evening, an open bar will be available, offering a wide selection of drinks.
While we have not reserved hotel room blocks for our wedding, we’ve put together a list of recommended hotels ranging from 3-4 stars in the Accommodations tab for your convenience. We also recommend booking Airbnb options in advance, as they tend to fill up quickly, especially during that fourth of July weekend. We hope this helps you find the perfect place to stay!
