The Courtyard and Fairfield by Marriott hotels are where we have reserved hotel blocks for our guests who will be traveling and anyone who would like to book a room for the night/weekend. We will also be hosting our welcome gathering at the Courtyard Marriott on Friday evening. This event is being held for our wedding party and guests who have traveled from out of town to be a part of our special weekend. These two hotels are next to each other and are conveniently located near our ceremony and reception venue. Please use the link provided to receive our group rate for both hotels. If you prefer to call to book your room please tell them you are with the Cheffen Wedding group to ensure you also receive the group rate. We look forward to sharing this special weekend with you! For your convenience, a complimentary shuttle will be provided between the hotel and the wedding venue. The shuttle seats up to 12 guests at a time and will make three trips to the venue before the ceremony, as well as three return trips after the reception. To utilize the shuttle service, please sign up at the hotel during check-in. Shuttle seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Uber and other ride-share services are also available for guests who prefer that option. We encourage everyone to plan transportation ahead of time to ensure a safe and smooth return to the hotel or home after the reception.
