Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive to the chapel 30 minutes before the ceremony start time. The ceremony begins at 5:30 pm so please arrive by 5pm. Due to the time of year, traffic and construction around the strip are at an all time high in preparation for the F1 Races. For this reason, we ask everyone to please be mindful of your time and plan accordingly in arriving to the ceremony. Expect traffic delays.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

CEREMONY Yes. There is a paid parking lot directly across the chapel you may use. DINNER Virgil’s Real BBQ is located on the Las Vegas Strip at the LINQ Promenade. Valet and Self Parking are both available at The LINQ hotel and The Flamingo hotel, which provides direct access to the LINQ Promenade and Virgil's Real BBQ. $10-$20 parking fee

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No. Please use your rental car to arrange for transportation to the ceremony and back to your hotel. There are also plenty of Uber and Lyft drivers in these areas. Let us know if you need assistance with ordering a car.
