Easily the best doughnuts you'll enjoy in Colorado! The doughnuts and pastries are huge, and rich in yummy flavors. Their savory breakfast items are also well worth the try!
DIRT Coffee Bar
Located in downtown Littleton, DIRT Coffee is a nonprofit local social enterprise with a mission to create inclusive, empowering job opportunities for neurodivergent folks. Their store front is on the smaller side so seating may be limited. We enjoyed their Italian cream sodas and it was absolutely delicious!
Corvus Coffee Roasters
Corvus has a few locations throughout the Denver metro. Their coffee was very flavorful and it packed the right amount of punch to help get us through our day. They also offer a small selection of sweet and savory pastries if you are looking to enjoy a bite with your coffee!
Morning Story - DTC
Just outside of Littleton, Morning Story offers a delicious staple breakfast and lunch menu and they also serve up exciting brunch cocktails, and an array of non-alcoholic lemonades.
Postino Highlands Ranch
Postino specializes in panini sandwiches and specialty charcuterie boards. We recommend coming during happy hour to enjoy $5 pitchers and a light bite!
NoNo's Cafe
A short walk for guests staying at any of the hotels within the recommended block. Enjoy creole style food made for any time of the day as they serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Smokin Fins - Littleton
Located in downtown Littleton! We got to enjoy their course dinner curated for restaurant week, the cocktails were delicious, and the lobster tots were impeccable!
Platte River Bar and Grill
Large space with lots of patio seating and live music. Enjoy pub-style classics in a relaxed environment!
Colorado Pinball Pub
Located off the main roadway. Enjoy classic cocktails and drafts while you play iconic pinball games. Food is also served and they host trivia nights!
Colorado Antique Gallery
If you have hours to kill and want something indoors to do, stop by Colorado's largest antique collection store. I'm willing to guarantee that they will have just about everything and anything that you can think of!
Fly'n B Park
Located just South of the Ashley Ridge wedding venue, Fly n B offers trails for beautiful sightseeing of the mountain ranges, and is home to many bird species for anyone interested in bird watching!
Robert F. Clement Park
Family-friendly park, with a large kid's play area. bring the family and enjoy a picnic on the grass or in one of the pavilions. They do have a stage and host small concerts. There is also trail that wraps around a small lake and a public library for your enjoyment!
Waterton Canyon Trailhead
If you're looking for a trail with a gorgeous payoff view and the possibility for some wildlife encounters, Waterton Canyon offers just that. It's a short drive southwest of Littleton, and offers free parking for guests. Make sure you have comfy shoes and plenty of water because the trail does not loop and is just under 7 miles one way!
Museum of Illusions - Denver
Recommended date night spot for couples, enjoy the mind-bending illusions the space has to offer!
Meow Wolf Denver's Convergence Station
Set aside a solid four (4) hours, if you want to truly see everything, and explore the immersive adventures of Meow Wolf. Work on either solving the mystery or simply take in all the unique exhibits. Very fun space and we highly recommend it!
Red Rocks Amphitheatre
Catch a show or simply come to enjoy the trails, red rocks is a unique space that is fun for all!
Pikes Peak
Located near Colorado Springs, Pikes Peak offers scenic views of the Rocky Mountains. The hike can be a little challenging for beginners, but if you're up for the challenge the reward is well worth it!
Cave of the Winds Mountain Park
Cave of the winds offers guests a guided tour and history lesson of the complex cave connection system. Make sure you don't venture too far off from your group or you may find yourself lost in a dark maze !
Manitou Incline
Don't let the short distance fool you! Ascend over 2000ft at inclines greater than 40 degrees, for a total of 2744 steps to reach the summit. The website says most visitors take 3 hours to complete the roundtrip, but its less than a mile so how bad can it really be?!
