We met in 2018 at McDonalds! We were coworkers when we first met, Aylen was the manager and Joshua was a little fry cook. At first we would just converse at work and leave it at that, then we began to text and sometimes hangout after work as well. The moment that really caused us to start talking on a romantic level was when we both happened to be at a quiceañera at the same time. Joshua was not even going to attend until he heard Aylen was going, eventually we got to hangout some more and spend more time together up until we finally had our first date to.. IKEA.

We clicked instantly, there was never any awkwardness never a moment where we felt we were not meant for each other. Truthfully, Joshua and I have talked about marriage every single year since 2019, it was never something we shared to the world but it was something we would say. We always talked about how our kids would look like, what they would do and of course names. Although our timeline and our events of what happened from 2018 up until now were not planned, it has grown our love to be stronger and has assured us more than ever that it has always been and will continue to always be us forever.
