- Coming from Wilkes; Take 421N towards Boone and turn right onto Hwy. 221N. Coming from Boone; Take 421S towards Wilkes and exit onto Hwy. 221N - Turn onto Highway 221N. - Travel 2.8 miles, then turn right on Idlewild Road. - Travel 3.9 miles, then turn right on Park Vista Road. - Drive 2 miles up to the Blue Ridge Parkway, cross over the Parkway onto Benge Ashe Rd. (This road begins as a one lane gravel road) - Downshift to save your brakes! Drive 2 miles and veer left on Big Ivy Road - Turn right into main driveway through the gateway. -Parking is on site, just through main entryway
