You can reserve your room online by going to www.hyatthousewaltham.com and entering the code in the "Special Rates (AAA, Govt, ...)" field underneath the booking dates and then selecting "Corporate or Group Code". There should be 2 bedroom options that are affordable for groups of people or 2 couples. We will be staying here Saturday night after the wedding. We have approval from the hotel to come back here and continue the party in the bar if it is open or congregate and hang out in the bar area with our own drinks and food otherwise. We have shuttles to and from the hotel planne for the day of the wedding. Shuttle starts boarding at 3:15PM and leaves for the wedding at 3:30PM. Shuttle heads back from the hotel in 2 waves: 9:30PM and 11PM. This is basically halfway between the wedding venue and rehearsal/meet and greet venue (20 min in either direction). Brunch will be down the street from here on Sunday.
