We’re pregnant! JUST KIDDING!! This is a very special day/date! First of all it is a Palindrome date (See below for explanation)! We met 3.23 at St. James Live, so having 3.23.23 at St. James Live just seems like the perfect date! If it’s not broken, don’t fix it! 

Answer

Great question! Well, due to unforeseen circumstances we had to change a few major details to our event. We could not get invitations printed until it was settled! Please forgive us for the slight delay! (Thank you Tyreese for the incredible and EXPEDITED design of our wedding invitations) You. Are. Amazing!!!!!!!

Why is the wedding so early! 11:30am Geeze!!

Answer

Many reasons, here are a few: -We love Brunch! It’s our favorite meal! -85% of the guests are Atlanta’s most influential musicians and they typically work the evenings -The date, 3.2.23 was Most important and when we had a venue shift 11:30am was the best time to accomplish what we needed. -We don’t want to take up all of our guests day, we want you to have the rest of your day to explore! -Also, a huge priority was to accommodate our older loved ones who are uncomfortable driving at night. -Lastly, We get tired around 9pm. 😉

Answer

YES, one person can respond for each individual person! However, yes everyone even guests need to RSVP again with correct spellings of names!! If you are missing family members or guests please email us ASAP at Miguelandayesha@gmail.com prior to 2.14.23!

What happens if I do not RSVP prior February 14th?

Answer

We MUST provide total guest counts to the venue in the timely manner they have given us. February 14th is our day to turn in our final numbers and our venue is very strict with timelines. So, please respond by 2.14.23. For those of you who cannot attend, but would like to still share in our experience, we will have an interactive live stream available. We hope you understand, and we will miss you celebrating with us in person!

Yes! We know it’s a Thursday AND during the day. Therefore, we are featuring a special wedding specific live streaming option! No worries if you cannot attend at all, the bride and groom look forward to sharing many pictures of their special day on social media after their honeymoon.

I can’t get off work and cannot attend, so, I am just not going to respond at all, is that ok?

No!! We totally understand and we apologize for the inconvenience we will miss you but will plan to spend some time with you soon! However, PLEASE REGRETFULLY DECLINE VIA THE WEBSITE RSVP (there is a spot for it). On March 14 we will be reaching out to those who we have not gotten a response from. So, if you go onto the website and RSVP and decline, then that saves us a call, text, or email! We don’t want to leave anyone out! So, on the last day, before we turn in our final count to the venue, we will give those a call, and we don’t want to bother you! 🙂

You are asking me to navigate Atlanta all by myself!!??

We understand the hesitations and concerns with attending a wedding in a “big city” that you may be unfamiliar with Atlanta is our home, and we are so excited to share it with you! Apple Maps, Goggle Maps, and City Mapper are excellent apps that can help you get around the city.

Sure!! We are a blended family with a lot of kids, nieces, and nephews! So, of course we love the kids! Please make sure to RSVP for even the little ones with correct name spellings!

Answer

Special provisions have been made on the invitations for everyone to attend with a guest. Please make sure we have your guest confirmed and your guest’s name is spelled correctly and included on the RSVP.

What is the dress code?

Answer

While there is no specific dress code for the wedding, we would appreciate you wearing Semi-Formal attire, Dress up a little and enjoy the night. No need for male guests to wear ties or jackets, and women wear whatever you are feeling like at that moment (long or short, heels or flats)! We want our guests to be comfortable! If you are choosing to dress in the color palette Our wedding color theme is a Sophisticated Black, with Pops of Bold Jewel Tones & Mixed Metals. (See the color palette question below) Think Bridgerton, The Kentucky Derby, or the most incredible Day Party you have ever attended!

Where should guests park at the wedding? Is valet available?

YES! There will be plenty of FREE parking available for all our guests; however, we encourage you to carpool with other wedding guests in order to cut down on the cars in the lot. Please find street parking OR Primrose Cottage Guests are welcomed to park at the First Baptist Church parking lot (710 Mimosa Blvd. Roswell, Ga 30074)

We have hired a professional photographer throughout the entire day and night. We just ask that you please don't get in the way, but feel free to snap away, the more photos the merrier!! Will alcohol be served?

Answer

Yes!! The bar will open at the start of the hospitality hour at around 1:00 pm. With this being a Wedding “Day Party,” if you will, we will be featuring soft drinks, mimosas, coffe, tea and will also have other alcoholic beverages available. All we ask is you tip accordingly! ALCOHOL SHOTS ARE NOT ALLOWED AT PRIMROSE COTTAGE. If you are drinking, we ask you please be safe and plan for your own transportation or have a DD. Full Disclosure: It will also be heavily photographed and any drunken shenanigans will be mocked for years to come. Please proceed with caution!

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the Ceremony, the Bridal Party will be taking pictures for NO MORE than an hour and brunch will begin immediately while the bridal party is taking photos!

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive at 11:00 AM so there is enough time to mingle and be seated. Our ceremony begins promptly at 11:30PM. It will be on time!

3.30 pm Sharp! The Newlywed send off will begin promptly at 3:35 p.m.! Grab all of your belongings and we will meet you on the front lawn!

Are guests required to wear a mask? Do we need to be vaccinated in order to attend the wedding?

Answer

No mask required. While we are not requiring the vaccine to attend. If you are showing symptoms of COVID 19, please contact us ASAP, so that we may transition your attendance to virtual. Masks, hand sanitizer, and plastic utensils will be available for each guest IF they so choose!

Will the ceremony & reception be held indoors or outdoors?

TBD! Please be prepared for both. If the weather is cooperative the Ceremony may be held outdoors and the reception will be held indoors. We will make the decision at 10:00am 3.23.23

You can download all photos and videos captured at the Wedding at the link below. Please keep in mind that it will take around 8 weeks for us to get all of our images and videos back. We will upload them all at the same time once we get them. Absolutely! We Love our family and friends and want to spend as much time as we can get with you all!! We will remain in Atlanta until at least 3.27.23, so let us know what you are doing as well! What will the weather be like in March?

Answer

The average daily high temperature in Atlanta in March is 62°F (17°C). The average daily low is 43°F (6°C). Temperatures often climb through March, with warm weather more common at the end of the month. Variability in the weather, from day to day and from year to year, however, remains high. Many days in the typical March will see a high temperature in the 70s (between one third and two thirds of days during the month) and the warmest days can get into the 80s. No please use the website! It truly helps! And honestly we may forget and we don’t want you to show up and we don’t have a seat! Please email, text, or call if you have any issues you are having RSVP’ing or adding your guests online we can fix it for you to RSVP online.

Unfortunately no! After the deadline of February 14th no changes can be made! Our venue is very strict on their policies and we unfortunately cannot make any changes after the deadline. 😩
