Ayesha and Devon first met as fresh-faced freshmen at NC State, sitting next to each other in one of their very first classes—Chemistry 101. While it would have been fitting for their chemistry to spark there, it was actually in their shared English class that their friendship began to take shape. Though those were the only courses they had together, they formed a bond that steadily deepened over the years, eventually growing into a strong and loving relationship. From teenagers navigating college life to adults starting their careers, earning their degrees, and moving to Chicago, they’ve grown together every step of the way. Now, they’re thrilled to celebrate this next chapter with all the people who have supported and loved them throughout their journey.
