When do the Hotel Blocks end?

Answer

Our Hotel blocks will close on Nov 8th so if you’re planning to stay in one of the hotels we have listed, please plan accordingly!

Question

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, given our planned resources, we have decided to limit the number of guests. Our goal is to keep our very special day as intimate as possible and we are choosing to celebrate with only our closest family and friends.

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

Due to capacity limits at our venue, the only children at our wedding are those in the wedding party and immediate family.

Question

What will the Guest Book be like?

Answer

We will have a Bible Guest Book for you to highlight your favorite verse for the Bride and Groom and leave a note for them to look back on for years to come!

Question

Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotels?

Answer

Unfortunately, there will be no shuttle service. If you plan to participate in the liquid courage and do not have a Designated Driver, there is Uber available from the Short Pump area (where the hotel blocks are located) to the Venue.

Question

Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors with the reception being indoors. There will be heaters outside to ensure everyone is comfortable.
