March is one of the most wonderful times of the year to visit Austin, with the daily highs ranging in the mid-70s and lows in the 60s. Be sure to check the forecast the week of event for the forecast.
Buses depart from The Line and JW Marriott at 5:10 pm (sharp!) for the ceremony. For those staying at the JW, buses will depart from right in front of the hotel entrance. For those staying at the line, the buses will be in the Brazos Cul De Sac. Just turn right after you exit the hotel and walk through the parking garage (buses will be right there). There will also be someone on site guiding everyone where to go. Buses will return you to the hotels at midnight. For those attending the after party there will be a separate bus.
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside (if the weather is good). The reception will be inside and air conditioned.
There will be no buses to Friday night dinner. The restaurant is 10 minutes from the hotel. Ubers are extremely easy to get where the hotels and dinner are located.
Yes, all guests are welcome to attend dinner on Friday night as well as the brunch on Sunday! We want to celebrate with our friends and family all weekend!
Friday evening is elevated country. You are welcome to wear anything and hats/boots are encouraged. The wedding itself is black tie optional. Brunch on Sunday is casual.
