PLEASE READ: UK Electronic Travel Authorization

This is very important! Unless you have a visa, each person in your party must apply for a UK Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) to travel to the UK. Only apply through the official website (link below) or the app listed on their website. It will cost £16, any other sites may charge you more and are usually scams.

Glasgow Airport (GLA)

The largest international airport to the Castle, Carnell Estates, is Glasgow Airport (GLA), about a 40-60 min drive. The closest airport is the Glasgow Prestwick Airport (PIK), which is about a 20 mins drive.

Travel Note

Car Rentals & Ride Share

Car rentals and ride share options, like Uber, are available from the Glasgow Airport. Services like Turo are also available! We recommend carpooling when possible, just reach out if you need help coordinating!

House Or Rental

Carnell Estates

We have rented a Castle, Carnell Estates, from August 19th-August 21st for all wedding events! For those staying in the Castle, you will be notified individually and of the cost per person. We ask that you arrive on August 19th no earlier than 4:00 PM. Check out is on August 21st at 11:00 AM. All food, drinks, and activities are covered within your cost. For those not staying the Castle, you still get to spend plenty of time with us at there! Please see below for recommended accommodations and the Schedule section for events. All food, drinks, and activities while you at the Castle are at no cost you!
