Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Sydenham Ridge Estates. The venue's address is 1425 Melwood Drive, Strathroy, Ontario N7G 3H5.
We have reserved a block of rooms at the Holiday Inn Express in Strathroy. You may use our group code to receive a discounted rate. Please see the travel page for further details regarding accommodations.
We will be providing shuttle service between the the Holiday Inn Express in Strathroy and Sydenham Ridge Estates. Ahead of the ceremony, there will be a shuttle leaving from the hotel at 3:30pm. After the reception, the shuttle will be transporting guests back to the hotel at 11:00pm and 1:00am.
For guests driving to the venue, there is free on-site parking. Please following the posted signage to access the parking lot.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm. Please arrive early to ensure you have enough time to walk to the ceremony space and find a seat.
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors. The reception will be held indoors.
The dress code is formal attire. Males can receive $100 off any suit purchase at Collins Clothiers by mentioning our wedding by name ($350 minimum required).
We are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding. The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation and no additional guests can be accommodated.
