Tiscornia Park - St. Joseph
If you're looking for a gorgeous nearby Michigan beach, Tiscornia Park may be the spot for you! Located on the shores of Lake Michigan, Tiscornia Park is the perfect place to walk the pier to the lighthouse, sunbathe, or sit and watch the sunset (one of our favorite things to do). This is the park where we took engagement photos! Approximately 25 minutes from Millcreek Wilde wedding venue!
Warren Dunes State Park
Also located on the shores of Lake Michigan, Warren Dunes State Park boats a rugged landscape of sand dunes. These dunes offer an amazing view of Lake Michigan during all times of the day, especially sunset. This is the location of our first date in 2020! Approximately 35 minutes from the Millcreek Wild wedding venue!
Lake Michigan Shore Wine Trail
Southwest Michigan is known for featuring over 90% of Michigan's vineyards, producing over 50 varieties of wine grapes! This area is home to over 20 different wineries which are amazing for tasting, tours, and relaxing days! Located approximately 1.5 miles from Grand Mere State Park, Watermark brewing is one of our favorite breweries in SW Michigan. This brewery offers a wide variety of craft beers, ciders, and seltzers. You're guaranteed to find something you like!
