Can I bring a date/plus-one?

Answer

Yes! You can bring a plus-one to our wedding. We can't wait to celebrate with both of you soon! Your family members (including kids) are also welcome to join.

Are kids welcome?

Yes! Kids meals are also available! Please leave a note to request a kids' meal in the RSVP page.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! Our venue, Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay is a large-scale, family-friendly (and old) hotel near Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea. Contact Ken and Ayano for possible discounted rooms on the Sheraton property. Since this area is one of the busiest tourist destinations, there are 16 hotels in the area including 6 Disney hotels and 6 Disney official member hotels. We would also recommend hotels in Central Tokyo to explore the city's sites. Hotels in Ginza, Roppongi, Shibuya, and Shinjuku area are popular hotels for their convenient locations. I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes! Your health and safety is our priority. Please do leave a note for food allergies and your special requests. If you have anything please contact Ken or Ayano.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Public transportations or the combinations of trains and taxi will be recommended for the travel from your hotels to the venue. Once you get to JR Maihama station, free hotel shuttle and Disney Resort Line are the best options to get to the venue/hotel. Ayano and Ken will be happy to help with your travel plans.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We would recommend you to be at the hotel by 4:00-4:15pm on that day. Ceremony starts at 4:30pm on 2/1/2024 (JST) at Glass Chapel at Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay. The hotel is massive and there are many chairs and tables available for the visitors and guests so you can arrive early and spend time in the lobbies on the ground and 2nd floor.
