Yes! Please see the travel page on our website for recommendations.
The wedding ceremony and reception will both be at the same location (The Springs Arlington), both will take place indoors along with an indoor cocktail hour.
While we love your kids, the venue does have limited capacity. We’ve decided to keep our wedding ceremony and reception an adults only (18 years of age or older) event. The only exception to this rule are the children who are in the wedding party. We hope you understand and encourage you to use this evening as a fun “night out” for yourselves. Your children are welcome to come to Dallas and part-take in the night before or day after events. If you choose to bring them to Dallas, please make sure you have childcare as children cannot come to the ceremony and reception.
Our wedding dress code is a formal ALL BLACK AFFAIR. For women, this means a long evening gown, and for men, a suit and tie are appropriate. While style and fabric is completely up to you, we request that all our guests wear black.
We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. Your invitation will be made out to “[Your Name] & [Guest Name]” if a plus one has been given to you. For families your invitation will be labeled “[Last Name] Family” to include the 18 or older members of your family.
Once invitations are sent in February, you can RSVP by using the QR code that will direct you to our wedding website. Once you hit the RSVP tab, you’ll see the names of those listed on your invitation-no extra guests. If you don’t respond by July 1st, 2026, we’ll mark you as “decline” as late RSVPs cannot be accommodated. We’ll miss celebrating with you.
We have a cash registry/honeymoon fund. You can find our registry under the “Registry” tab. Contributions and gifts are greatly appreciated!
The ceremony will start promptly at 5:00PM. Please arrive 15 minutes before the ceremony to get settled, mingle and find your seat. If you arrive late, you unfortunately won’t be let in once the ceremony starts. Ample parking is available, but if you do plan to drink, we strongly encourage using an Uber or having a designated driver.
Yes, we will have an open bar for all of our guests to enjoy complimentary drinks throughout the event.
We kindly request that guests do not take photos during the ceremony. We have professional photographers to capture every moment so we can unplug and enjoy! However, once the cocktail hour starts, feel free to take as many photos as you please!
If you have any questions that aren’t covered here, don’t hesitate to call or text us. We appreciate you taking the time to read through this. We hope that it helps address any concerns you may have.
