Hotel
This is the official hotel for the wedding. A room block with a discounted rate ($152/night) for our wedding guests has been arranged, for a check-in on May 1, 2026 and check-out on May 4, 2026. The discounted rate will be honored if you'd like to arrive a few days early or stay a few days later. This hotel is in our safe and vibrant town centrally located near our wedding venues, right off I-4 for easy access for all that Orlando has to offer. Numerous shopping and dining options are within walking distance, as well as Cranes Roost Park with walking trails over a lake. All rooms in our room block are full suites with two separate rooms, free parking, free cooked to order breakfast, and a nightly reception with free alcohol and heavy hors d'oeuvres. **YOU MUST USE THE LINK BELOW TO RESERVE UNDER OUR ROOM BLOCK** Please let Axl or Erika know if there or any issues, as we made need to expand the room block. If you call the hotel directly, please specify you're booking under the David/Wirebaugh Wedding Room Block or ask for Lina Weaver.
Travel Note
Although numerous activities and hotel options exist in the attractions/tourism corridor (Disney World, Universal, etc.), it is strongly suggested to avoid this area for the wedding weekend. Traffic on I-4 in this area is frequently at a standstill - especially on weekends - and very few alternate routes exist in the event of an accident or closure.
Flight
Orlando International Airport is the primary airport serving the Orlando area. As one of the most visited cities in the United States, there are frequent daily flights to and from most cities. If you're looking to save money, Orlando locals sometimes look for flights at nearby airports such as Orlando Sanford International Airport (20 minutes to Orlando), Melbourne Orlando International Airport (60 minutes to Orlando), or Tampa International Airport (2 hours to Orlando). If you're departing from Orlando International Airport via Terminal A or B to get back home, please note that TSA checkpoint lines are often very long. Plan to arrive at least an hour earlier than you would at other domestic airports.
