We love to dress up, and for our first Halloween together Matt dressed as a viking and Molly dressed as a unicorn. When it came to carving our first jack-o-lantern, we created a sigil to represent ourselves and our costumes: a viking axe crossed with a unicorn horn. The two items represent Matt and Molly in a number of ways-- the axe is practical, strong, and solid like Matt, while the unicorn horn is whimsical, graceful, and rooted in fantasy like Molly. Together they create balance, just as we balance one another.
