Our love story

William and I were friends before we became boyfriend & girlfriend. We met at the age of 12, so yes… we were young. We went to the same middle school & even did our first communion together. William was a shy kid but I, on the other hand, was outspoken and outgoing. With that being said, on May 18, 1997 I finally asked him to be my boyfriend since he wouldn’t (funny right). I gave him a kiss, then he blushed and walked away. After many years together and raising the most amazing children, William finally made it official. He worked hard for his proposal. He took me to Miami with his best man and wife, where he surprised me with one of my closest cousins, my brother & sisters in law. Honestly nothing crossed my mind that Friday, March 5th, 2021. He proposed to me on a boat, sailing around Miami. It was nothing short of spectacular, I was speechless. Everyone knew except me. We both cried along with everyone else on the boat because of our overwhelming happiness and love and excitement for what was to come. It was definitely a day I will never forget.
