We both attended the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY, but funny enough, our paths didn’t cross until we did a semester away in beautiful Saint Helena, California. It was there, surrounded by vineyards and kitchen chaos, that we became friends thanks to our mutual friend Albert (who also happens to be the best man). A year later, just as our friendship turned into something more, the world changed—COVID hit. With a brand new relationship and so much uncertainty, we decided to quarantine together. It was an unexpected test, but it only brought us closer. The rest is history and since then, we've been cooking up a life together, one delicious moment at a time.
