When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 2:45pm. Everyone should be seated by 3pm to let the ceremony start on time.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes. From the venue owners; At our turn off from Hwy. 1 there is a big wooden sign that says “Pie Ranch” (our neighbors). Turn left at the south side of Pie Ranch’s sign onto Green Oaks Way. Soon after you turn onto Green Oaks Way (dirt road) there is a turn off to the left – stay to the right. Proceed 4/10th of a mile (you will pass through a stand of eucalyptus trees) until you reach a distinct Y in the road. Take the right fork of the Y (there is another sign here that says “Green Oaks” with an arrow pointing to the right), and drive up the hill. At the top of the hill the road curves to the right and then the entrance to the parking lot is on the left. Park in the lot there and walk down the hill. Please park and walk from here because there is no additional parking for visitors beyond this point. Please drive slow on the road to the venue. Is there a dress code?

The dress code is summer formal. The venue is outside in a coastal area so please prepare to be walking in grass, sunny and chilly conditions. We would love to see bright summer colors!
