Question

What is the dress code? What colors will Avri & Rod be in?

Answer

The dress code will be semi-formal in earth-tones (shades of brown, cream, and black). Mr. and Mrs. will be in green. For non-Texans, it will be HOT. We will do everything within our power to keep you cool, but please keep the temperature in mind while preparing. If you are unsure of what to wear, please reach out to one of us.

Is this a child friendly event?

Answer

While we love being in your children’s lives this will be an ADULT only event.

Am I allowed a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space there is a guest limit and we will not be able to provide plus ones for everyone.

Food and drinks?

Answer

There will be heavy horse divers (hors d'oeuvres) and an open bar.

Inside or outside?

Answer

There will be indoor and outdoor seating. The indoor seating will not accommodate everyone at the same time.

Is there parking for the reception?

Answer

There are two parking lots at The Ruby. Please plan on spending the night or ride sharing if you will be drinking.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We would love for you to stay at The Ruby Hotel with us, where the event will be held. Our discount code is Event. If not, there are many hotels on I-35 that are within minutes of the venue.
