Yes! We are asking our guests to dress up with us! While this is not a black tie event, formal wear is requested. Formal wear for gentlemen may include a jacket and tie or traditional suit. A tuxedo is not required. For women, floor length or midi length dresses. Please no jeans, sneakers, t-shirts, or shorts! We also ask that guests avoid wearing colors reserved for the bride- cream, ivory, or white. Please keep in mind that this event is outdoors- you may want a jacket for the evening. Additionally, the reception will be held on a large deck and thus stiletto shoes may not be appropriate.
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests, we can only accommodate those formally invited on your wedding invitation. Your invitation will be addressed as {Your Name} + {Guest} if a plus one has been given to you.
Yes! Please drink on us. However, please keep in mind that we will not be having a full bar. We will have two domestic beers, two domestic wines, champagne, and two signature cocktails. Additionally, there will be soft drinks available.
We ask that you kindly put your phones away and on silent for an unplugged ceremony. We have a wonderful photographer that will be capturing the ceremony and will absolutely share all those photos with you!
To help us with our planning, we ask that you kindly RSVP by April 7th, 2025. You can RSVP here on our website. If we don't receive your RSVP by the date specified, we cannot make any exceptions and will have to mark you as a 'no'. We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you can understand.

Our wedding (ceremony and reception) will be held at Aldea Weddings in the Woods located at 1080 Mountainaire Rd, Flagstaff, AZ 86005.
Yes! Our venue includes 70 complimentary parking spots. We ask that you carpool as much as possible. Our venue also allows overnight parking if needed. You just need to pick up your vehicle by noon the following day.
Please arrive at the venue by 3:30PM to allow time to sign our guest book, say hellos, and find your seat. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00PM and if you are late, you will be asked to wait outside of the ceremony and join us at cocktail hour.
While there is a small indoor lobby area, both the ceremony and reception will be held outdoors. While we can't predict the weather, average temperatures on our wedding day in Flagstaff are a high of 70 and a low of 50. Our wedding will proceed rain or shine!
