Fateh Vilas, Fateh Garh, and Aurika are pre-booked for the wedding, accommodation will be provided for all of our guests for Jan 2nd and Jan 3rd across the three hotels. For those that would like to arrive earlier at the venue, please email avninikeetwedding@gmail.com.
Flight
Udaipur is a domestic airport only, we suggest booking international flights to Mumbai or Delhi and then a separate domestic flight to Udaipur Transportation from the airport will be provided Please email avninikeetwedding@gmail.com with your flight details so our planning team can coordinate transportation to and from the venue
Travel Note
American and European citizens without an OCI card MUST apply for an Indian e-visa ~30 days before arriving in India. Please see the link below for further information. https://indianvisaonline.gov.in/evisa/tvoa.html Some important notes when applying: 1) Please apply ASAP in order to be able to address any issues, should they arise. The form should take less than 30 minutes to fill out. 2) When typing in addresses, do not use any commas. 3) Please review your passport stamps and list all countries you have visited in the past 10 years when asked. 4) For the Reference portion of the application, please list your first hotel's name, address, and phone number for your Indian reference. You can also use Fateh Vilas if you are coming directly there. 5) You will need to upload a JPEG passport size digital photo on a white background - please adjust the pixel and GB size per the specific requirements listed on visa page. 6) You will need to upload a PDF passport photo page - please ensure it is less than 300 KB.
