Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding will be entirely outdoors! The reception will take place under a tent. We will be walking on grass and some softer ground so plan shoes accordingly!

Question

This is at an animal sanctuary so will we get to meet the animals?

Answer

YES! After the ceremony, those interested will have the option to go on a tour to meet the animals. Be prepared for dirt and animal poop if you decide to go on the tour! You will be able to take drinks with you but no food. The tour will be approximately 30 minutes between the ceremony and reception.

Can I bring a date?

Unless we have specified that you get a plus one, we respectfully ask invitees to not bring a guest.

Where should I park?

Answer

There is adequate parking available at Tamerlaine Sanctuary. However we encourage guests to carpool, arrange a taxi, or use the provided shuttle.

What should I wear?

Dress code for the wedding is cocktail attire.

Is it ok to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the ceremony?

Answer

Our photographer will take care of that so that you can enjoy the event without screens. Please refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. During the reception, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!

Is there transportation being provided between the reception and hotel?

Answer

Yes! There will be a shuttle bus between Tamerlaine and the Hampton Inn Matamoras Milford
