"It all started with a mouse" as Walt Disney said.... We met while working at the All-Star Resorts at Walt Disney World. Now depending on who you ask you might get two different answers. Kenny's story has us meeting during an interview that Lauren had when she was a FSA (or Frontline Service Advisor). He says that he was one of the manager's in the interview. Lauren's story is that we met while both working closing shifts at All-Star Music. She asked him many many questions because he was the new intern and they got into a debate about the correct lyrics to "A Whole New World". Whoever's story you may hear the ending is always the same, we grew to become best friends, fell in love, and here we are today!

Our engagement starts way back at the beginning when we went on a trip to Disneyland. During this trip Kenny ran his first 1/2 marathon! Afterwards, he brought Lauren to a spot right in front of Sleeping Beauty's Castle and asked her to be his girlfriend....... Two years later we went on another trip to Disneyland because this place has become truly magical for us. On the second to last day we dressed up because Lauren had always wanted to do a Dapper Day, and Kenny said we should do it one day on this trip. We were taking pictures by the statue in front of the castle and Lauren looked over and said isn't that the spot you asked me to be your girlfriend? (Little did she know that Kenny knew all along and wanted to somehow get her over there) He said yes and let's go over to the spot. When they got over there Kenny pulled headphones out of his bag and pulled up a video from YouTube on his phone. He asked Lauren to watch and hit play. It was a song he wrote for her. He sang about their love and at the end he said "I hope you like the song, I hope it was the best, now it's time to decide will you say yes?" When Lauren looked up Kenny was down on his knee with the ring in hand. She said YES!!
