Given limited capacity, we ask that only those people that are explicitly listed on your invitation attend our wedding.
April 19th, 2023.
We ask that all guests do the best they can to test themselves for COVID within two days of the event. If you test positive, out of courtesy to other guests, we ask that you refrain from attending.
While we care more about your ability to attend the wedding than what you'll be wearing, we ask that all guests do their best to abide by a cocktail dress code. Formal Pakistani attire is optional. For men we encourage a full suit and tie of your preferred color with dress shoes. Too casual: short sleeve shirts, jeans/chinos, button down shirts without tie or jacket, tennis shoes. Too formal: tuxedo (black or white tie). For women we encourage full-length to midi cocktail dresses or formal pant/jump suits. Too casual: sundresses, higher than knee-length dresses. Too formal: full-length ball gowns, all-white dresses.
Yes, there is parking available near the entrance of the resort and by the golf course. Please note that there will be shuttles to carry our guests from the parking lot to the ceremony. It takes a few minutes for the shuttle to reach the ceremony location, so please plan accordingly. We ask that all guests plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before ceremony start to account for shuttle transportation time.
Shuttles will be picking up guests in front of the main building / front desk that is adjacent to the parking lot.
Transportation will not be needed between the ceremony and reception. Both events will be at Pala Mesa Resort, and the reception area is a short walk from the ceremony location.
On Friday we will be having an informal hang out at a winery, and for those sticking around on Sunday, our parents will be hosting a Mothers' Day brunch. See the "schedule" page for more details.
