What time should guests arrive to the venue?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 12:00 PM (noon). Please arrive at the venue between 11:30 and 11:45 AM to ensure you're settled in before we start.

Where can I park?

There is a small parking lot on the property, as well as street parking available. Additional parking can be found across the street.

What should I wear?

Answer

Please dress in Garden Party attire, but keep in mind to wear shoes that are comfortable for walking on grass and dancing away!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we adore your little ones, we’ve decided to make our celebration an adults-only event (with a few exceptions for close family). Please make arrangements for childcare and we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Is there a hotel nearby?

Answer

For your convenience, we’ve reserved a block of rooms at Red Hawk Casino. Guests will be responsible for payment at check-in. Please be sure to book your room by April 14, 2026 to secure the group rate. Please refer to the Avery-Moore wedding and use the code 2606AVERY. In order to reserve a room under the block, please call the hotel to reserve. If you’d rather stay somewhere else, there are plenty of great hotel options within about 20 minutes of the venue.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We kindly ask that only those listed on your invitation attend. We are unable to accommodate additional guests or plus ones. If you received a plus one, it will be addressed on your invitation.

Will there be an after-party?

Answer

Join us for a no-host night back at Red Hawk Casino for some APEX and gaming fun! APEX offers arcade games, bowling, golf simulators, a go-kart track, and a full bar—making it the perfect place to keep the celebration going after we tie the knot.
