We're getting married!

Christian and Avery met through a mutual friend (Bailey Stein), at a local church group in High School. Christian became enamored by the beauty and prowess of Avery and naturally became quiet and nervous around her. Due to Christian being unable to muster up the courage to ask her out, they went their separate ways. Avery went on to attend college at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (go Blazers), and Christian went to attend the University of South Alabama, followed by a career in the US Army. As fate would have it, both Christian and Avery found themselves at a Crawfish boil, while being home for their moms’ birthdays, which are a day apart! Luckily, Christian finally had enough courage to pursue Avery, now, 11 years later. Avery reluctantly (haha) agreed to meet Christian for a coffee, in Birmingham, while he was visiting. They continued to talk on the phone and continued to go on dates as they could. The rest is history.
