FAQs

Please READ the Q&A thoroughly and carefully, as it contains important information about our wedding day! If you don’t, I (the bride) will not be available to answer any questions. Thank you!
Question

What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

To help us with planning, please RSVP as soon as possible! However, the final RSVP deadline is March 7th, 2026!

Question

What happens if I don’t RSVP on time?

Answer

If you miss the RSVP deadline, you will be marked as “not attending.” We have to give final numbers to our vendors, so we need you to RSVP as soon as possible. If you miss the deadline and are marked as not attending, but show up on the day of, seating, food, and beverage accommodations won't be made for you. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Can I RSVP online?

Answer

Yes! Please visit the RSVP tab above if you haven't already done so.

Question

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

If you received a plus one, their name or "guest" will be listed on your invitation and underneath your name when you RSVP! Otherwise, we’d like our big day to be an intimate event with close family and friends.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Dress up with us! For men: A nice pair of dress pants or khakis with a button-down or a dark suit and tie is appropriate. For women: A fun cocktail dress, a classy midi dress, or dress pants and a blouse are appropriate. The bride respectfully requests that no guests wear jeans, the color black, or any traditional bridal colors. Thank you!

Question

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

Children are welcome, but it is a venue rule that they are not left unattended. Don't make Avery use her Boys & Girls Club discipline skills, because she will. Children will be listed on RSVP forms, make sure to mark them as attending so we can give accurate numbers to our caterer. Thank you!

Question

When should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 4:40 PM. We want to ensure everyone is present to celebrate our love with us! This will give you time to find the venue, find parking, and settle in before the ceremony starts!

Question

Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors, weather permitting. The reception will be inside the barn with music and drinks on the patio. In the event of rain or storms, the bride and groom may run away to chase them. Just kidding! The ceremony will be moved inside the barn, and we will set up tables for the reception following the ceremony.

Question

Can I take pictures/videos of the ceremony?

Answer

We appreciate your enthusiasm, but we've hired a lovely photographer to capture our special day. We want you all to be in the moment with us!
