What should I wear?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal, with the caveat that the ceremony is in the woods. We are uncertain what the weather will look like on that day. It's a good idea to check the weather beforehand and wear boots or shoes that will work well for outside conditions. Consider thermal tights, layers, and a jacket as Oregon weather can be unpredictable. The reception will be indoors.

I'm at the venue, where do I go?

Answer

Once you've reached the gate, follow the road all the way down the hill. Parking is scattered around the main cleared area. If you are able to walk farther, please leave closer parking for those that cannot. Make your way towards the lodge and follow signage to find the ceremony seating area. If you need assistance, there is a golf cart available to take you from the lodge to the ceremony site.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! We'd love to see your little ones at the wedding. There is a playground across from the lodge as well that kids can enjoy.

What is the accessibility like?

Answer

The ceremony is about 200 yards on a dirt path from the lodge. If this does not seem doable for you, do not worry! We have access to golf carts and have drivers who can chauffer anyone not able to make the trek.
