We kindly ask guest to dress in Semi-Formal Attire. For women, cocktail dresses, midi dresses, or dressy separates are perfect. For men, a suit and dress shoes are appropriate (a tie is optional, but encouraged). We can’t wait to celebrate with you in style!
We ask for guests to arrive 20 minutes before the ceremony begins to allow time for parking, finding your seat, and settling in. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM and we want everyone comfortably seated before the celebration starts!
We’re so excited to celebrate with our closest friends and family! Due to limited space, we’re only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. If your invitation includes a plus one, their name (or + Guest) will be listed - otherwise, we appreciate your understanding and support of keeping the celebration intimate.
While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We hope you enjoy a night off to relax, dress up, and celebrate with us! Thank you for understanding.
The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors. The reception will be held indoors , where you can relax, enjoy dinner, and dance the night away in comfort (and A/C)! Should inclement weather occur, an indoor option is available at the venue for the ceremony and cocktail hour to occur indoors.
The RSVP deadline will be outlined on the formal invitation to come!
We kindly ask guests to refrain from taking photos during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present and to allow our professional photographer to capture the best moments. Feel free to take plenty of pictures during the reception and share your favorites with us afterward!
There will be ample parking available on site for all guests. If needed, you may leave your car parked at the venue overnight. We kindly ask that you pick your car up the following morning if it is left at the venue overnight!
Please let us know about any food allergies or dietary restrictions when you RSVP so we can coordinate with our venue’s Executive Chef to accommodate your needs. Don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any specific concerns!

We have reserved a block of hotel rooms which are outlined in the "Travel" tab. The hotels are located less than 10 minutes from the venue and are all located within the same complex. Make sure to mention that you are with the "Bruett-Howard Wedding" to receive a discount!
