Boise Depot
The pond here is full of koi fish. You can buy a head of lettuce and feed the fish while you enjoy views of Boise!
Camel’s Back Park
Right behind this park are some amazing trails. If you're up for a hike you can climb to the top for a great view of the north end, or you can hike behind the park into the foothills.
Gold Fork Hot Springs
Idaho is home to some amazing hot springs. If you're up for a 2.5 hour drive, this is a great commercial hot springs north of town. FYI they are cash or check only.
Stanley
This is one of the bride and groom's favorite mountain towns. It is a great access point to some beautiful hikes that lead to gorgeous mountain lakes. There is also a free hot spring on the way there, Kirkham, in Loweman. It is about a 3 hour drive, but if you make it up there be sure to check out Redfish Lake!
