Are kids welcome?
Answer
While we adore your little ones, we are keeping our wedding celebration an adults-only affair. The only exceptions will be children of the wedding party and family of the bride and groom. We hope you understand and look forward to celebrating with you! Wedding party and family please note our venue requires all children under 10 to be supervised by an adult at all times. We thank you for your cooperation!

Do you have any hotel blocks or recommendations?
Answer
Yes, we have secured hotel blocks for our guests at the Overton Hotel. We chose this hotel in part because it offers a complimentary shuttle service to and from the Lubbock Preston Smith International Airport (LBB) for your convenience. Please contact the Overton Hotel directly to arrange your airport shuttle accommodations. (806) 776-7000 There is a link to book on the Travel tab of our website under Overton Hotel. When booking, you can adjust the dates at the top of the website if needed.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?
Answer
Yes! To make your travel easier, a shuttle service will be available between the Overton Hotel and the wedding venue on the day of our celebration. More details regarding shuttle schedule will be available closer to the date.

Is there a dress code?

We'd love for our guests to dress in their best for our special day! We suggest smart casual or semi-formal attire.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
To ensure everyone feels comfortable and has a great time, we are delighted to welcome a plus one for each of our invited guests. Please RSVP for yourself and your guest when the time comes.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
We want all of our guests to have a wonderful time and a delicious meal! When you RSVP, please indicate any food allergies or dietary restrictions so we can do our best to accommodate your needs.

Is there an open bar?
Answer
As we are celebrating our marriage in a dry county, we will be providing all alcoholic beverages for our guests to enjoy, including a few signature cocktails we've created just for the occasion! Please drink responsibly. While the drinks are complimentary, feel free to show your appreciation to our bartenders with a tip if you wish.

Do you have a registry?
Answer
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift as we know many of our loved ones are traveling from out of town and we cherish the thought of celebrating our marriage with you. For those who would still like to give a gift, we have set up a honeymoon fund on our registry tab to help us create lasting memories. We will also have a card table at the wedding for those who are able to celebrate with us in person. We would absolutely love to receive your heartfelt cards and well wishes to cherish for years to come. Thank you for your love and support!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes! Madewell Estates has a large parking lot with plenty of parking spaces to accommodate guests.
