Jordan and Avery were both accounting and finance majors and knew of each other from several classes, but hadn't officially met. On graduation day in May of 2022, Jordan happened to be sitting in front of Avery during the ceremony. When the ceremony ended, Avery decided it was time to formally introduce herself, she knew that it may be the last opportunity to see him again. They hit it off, but with the chaos of exiting Moby, the conversation was short and sweet. Ironically, later that night, their paths crossed again at Bondi Beach Bar, where Jordan came up to Avery with an extra Jagerbomb in hand, eager to continue their unfinished business. Jordan and Avery both felt something special about their connection that night, and feel that God had brought the two of them together. Jordan moved to California less than a week later, and Avery went home to live with her family in Wolcott for the summer. Avery completed one last semester at CSU the next fall while Jordan started his first job at KPMG. When March of 2023 came around, Avery had finished her time at CSU and Jordan decided he was ready to come home to Colorado. The two hadn't been in contact since graduation day, and Jordan decided to send a message to Avery asking what she was up to since graduation. Avery explained that she had moved to Westminster and started her job in Louisville. Jordan was pleasantly surprised that she conveniently lived 10 minutes away from where he grew up and was moving back to. From then on, you couldn't get them off the phone with each other, and then once Jordan got back to Colorado, they were inseparable. They moved in together after about a year and a half, and got a chocolate lab named Gus, who is their whole world. Both Jordan and Avery truly feel that God brought them together at the perfect time, and they wouldn't have it any other way. Their love is so strong and passionate, and they are so excited to celebrate with each and every one of you.
