Hey there! Parking will be available down the street at Madison First United Methodist Church. The address is 296 South Main Street. Parking will not be available at the venue. Also, we would like to remind our guests that, per CDC guidelines, if you are feeling sick or have been exposed to anyone with COVID-19, we ask that you please stay home and enjoy our live stream ceremony. We love you all and are so thankful for you all helping us celebrate our day - whether it be near or far!
Hey there, friends and family! The wedding is getting close and we couldn't be more excited! We look forward to welcoming many of you to Madison in just 26 days! We wanted to provide two small updates: RSVPs indicate that we will be expecting around 170 guests. Complimentary masks will be provided to all guests, and, per state guidelines, it is always up to each individual's discretion whether or not to wear it. Know that each of our cherished guests is so important to us, and we encourage all to do what is safest and most comfortable for them. We want to provide a safe (and fun!!) time for all, and we can't wait to celebrate with you (whatever that may look like!). Love, the future Dudeks
Hey there! You may have questions about how COVID-19 has impacted our wedding, so we want to provide some specific information on exactly what to expect. We understand if circumstances hinder your travel, and we are looking into opportunities for loved ones who cannot make it to join us virtually. As you know, things seem to change week to week, so be sure to check back for more updates as we get closer. Here are specifics on what to expect as of now: 1. State guidelines have allowed our venue to open and operate at full capacity. We are expected to have around 200 guests. Because of this high number, we will do the best we can to create space for social distancing, but that may not be possible in all circumstances, like the ceremony. 2. Hand sanitizer stations will be placed throughout the venue, as well as at every table. We will try our best to seat you with those who you may already interact with frequently. 3. We will have light refreshments during cocktail hour which will be served from behind a glass shield to ensure safety. 4. A pre-plated salad will be at your seat but will be covered. Dinner will be served cafeteria-style behind a glass shield as opposed to buffet-style to ensure safety. 5. Both the ceremony and the reception are set to take place indoors, but there is lots of beautiful space outside for you to enjoy at any time if you would like to social distance. We will attempt to space people out between inside the venue and outside during the cocktail hour as we flip the room. 6. Masks are not required but are welcomed. We encourage each guest to do whatever is safest and most comfortable for them. We know that some will wear masks, and others will not. We are so thankful that we still get to have a celebration with you all and are thankful for the love and support. Love, the future Dudeks
