FAQs

The Wedding Website of Avery Hazlett and Jack Roberts
Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Our wedding will be an adults-only celebration, with the exception of children in our immediate family and bridal party. We’re hoping this can be a special date night for couples — a chance to dress up, relax, and enjoy an evening of celebrating, dancing, and making memories with us. Thank you so much for understanding and supporting our vision for the day!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Parking is available at the venue, and both the ceremony and reception will be held in the same location for your convenience. Parking areas will be clearly marked so you’ll know exactly where to go when you arrive.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, semi-formal western wear. Men can wear button-ups, nice jeans, and boots. Women can wear dresses or dressy outfits. Outdoor-friendly shoes like chunky heels, boots, or wedges are recommended.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:00 PM. Guests will take a hayride up to the ceremony spot at the top of the hill, so please plan to arrive early to allow time for transportation. We recommend arriving around 30 minutes before the ceremony to make sure you’re seated on time.

Question

can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, plus ones are only extended to guests whose invitations or RSVPs specifically include a guest. We’ve done our best to include significant others where possible, and truly appreciate your understanding as we finalize our guest list. If you have any questions about your RSVP, feel free to reach out!
