Travel Note
If you're flying in and wondering whether you need to rent a car, we would say it's not necessary. Hotel Bardo and the DeSoto are both centrally located in very dense, walkable parts of Savannah. Once you arrive to your hotel for the weekend, walking, Ubers, or cabs will be the easiest way to get around within the city.
Flight
The Savannah airport is located a convenient 20-minute uber ride to both the DeSoto and Hotel Bardo. Direct flights from Boston are available through multiple airlines.
