You can RSVP via our wedding website. Simply click on the RSVP tab, enter your name, and indicate your attendance. You will be asked individually whether you plan to attend each event (welcome party, ceremony, and farewell brunch). Your RSVP to the wedding ceremony will also serve as your reservation for the cocktail hour and reception. Please RSVP by June 1 to ensure we can accommodate everyone comfortably.

As we are keeping our celebration small and personal, we can only accommodate guests listed on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding.
While we love kids, we’ve decided to have an adults-only celebration. Thank you for making arrangements.

Plenty of parking is available on-site for all guests.
Although we don’t drink, we want all our guests to enjoy themselves. A fully hosted bar with both alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks will be available to accommodate everyone.

The welcome party, ceremony, and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, weather permitting. The reception and farewell brunch will take place indoors.
July in Vermont is typically warm and sunny, with daytime temperatures averaging around 80°F. Evenings can be cooler, so we recommend bringing a light jacket or sweater just in case.
Yes, we have a reserved block of rooms at the wedding venue. Details are in the travel section. If you’d like other options, there are plenty of nearby hotels to choose from as well.
Complimentary shuttles from the Burlington International Airport to the Essex Resort and Spa will be available (more information to come). Details will be in the travel section.
Dinner will be served at the welcome party and again at the wedding reception, with breakfast provided on Sunday. On the wedding day, we won’t be serving breakfast or lunch, but there are several restaurants in the hotel and plenty more within walking distance.
