What is the attire?
Answer
Either formal or cocktail attire is perfectly fine, please note that it will cool down in the evening, so it is recommended for guests to bring jackets or shawls. While we would love to see guests wear fall colors, the colors you wear do not matter so long as guests refrain from wearing colors that are too close to white or could be mistaken for white (such as very light pastels, beige, cream, ivory and so on). Please be aware that if a guest decides to wear something close white, the guest will be asked to change or leave.

When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by July 15th so we can have everything finalized for the catering company and the venue.

Do I have to stay at the hotel you chose?
Answer
No! You can stay anywhere you would like, this is just the hotel that we chose due to proximity. If you wish to book the hotel that we have a room block reserved at, you must call them and book your stay by September 16th, 2026. The hotel will release any rooms that were not booked after September 16th, and you will not be eligible for the discounted wedding rate.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the venue?
Answer
Transportation to and from the hotel to the venue is not provided. There are several rental car companies by the airport should you choose to rent one. Ubers and Lyfts are popular in the area as well.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
If you did not receive an invitation as a family, then you are not permitted to bring children. To those who did receive a family invitation, music will be kid-friendly until 8:30pm.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
If your invitation was not addressed to yourself and a guest, then you are not permitted to bring a date.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Yes! We know that there will be several family members with allergies, preferences, and dietary restrictions. No shellfish will be present.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes, there is on-site parking with a golf cart shuttle to bring guests from their vehicles to the main areas. The ceremony and reception take place at the same venue.
