The Wedding Website of Avery Robinson and Carly Coleman
Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP by October 24, 2025.

Question

What is the attire?

Answer

Dinner for out-of-town guests (Saturday): Dressy casual. Button-downs (short or long sleeves) and sundresses are great. This is at a brewery, no need to be too formal. Ceremony and Reception (Sunday): Garden cocktail attire. Colors and prints (especially florals) are encouraged! Cocktail-length dresses work great, while long gowns are not recommended as the ground could be muddy. Button-downs would work with either a suit jacket or blazer. Please wear comfortable footwear as the wedding will be outside on grass and soft/uneven ground. Flats, short wedges, and block heels are recommended. Breakfast (Monday): Casual.

Question

What are the details for the additional weekend events?

Answer

The welcome dinner for out-of-town guests will be on Saturday, December 13 at Bay13 Brewery. The attire is dressy casual. We have arranged for a bus to take guests to this venue from the Arya/Mutiny hotels (~2.5 miles away). We will have vegetarian, pescatarian, and GF options. Please reach out to Avery if you have kosher/vegan other dietary needs. Breakfast on Monday, December 15 will take place at Chug's Diner, a local Cuban-Jewish restaurant about a 5-minute walk from Mutiny/Arya hotels. We will have a vegetarian breakfast spread and open coffee tab. Please stop by any time between 8:30 and 10:30 am. The attire is casual. Note that the hotels in our reserved blocks (and many others) charge daily for parking. There are several public garages nearby that offer lower overnight rates. For more information about parking and getting around Coconut Grove, please see https://coconutgrove.com/directions-parking/. If you are not staying in Coconut Grove and plan on attending the Saturday welcome dinner or the Monday breakfast, we recommend taking an Uber or other rideshare to avoid parking.

Question

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will be outside in the garden (weather permitting). The reception will take place in a tent in the garden.

Question

Can we bring our kids?

Answer

Unfortunately, no. We love your kids, but please don't bring them to our wedding.

Question

Can guests take pictures during the wedding?

Answer

Please refrain from taking your own photographs during the ceremony. We have hired professional photographers and videographers to capture these moments for all of us to enjoy later. Otherwise, you are welcome to take your own photos.
